These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors inspiration and shop service. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Intellectual Propriety
The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of whiteNous. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree to not sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof unless previous agreement. Any use of the material must be previously discussed with the owner.
Shop Policy
When buying an item, the customer agrees that: she/he/ they is/are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: she/he/ they enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when she/he/they commit to buy an item and complete the check-out payment process.
When buying an item, additional fee might be applied by your bank credit or debit card. This must be considered at the customer’s charge and responsibility.
For orders via our online store, prices apply on the products page. The total amounts are listed at the time of order. The prices are final Euro prices. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Every piece is exclusively made in Italy after a careful and sustainable process. There might bit a limited quantity of each piece in stock, therefore, it is possible that the order has to be produced first. In that case there might be up to 3-5 working days for the product to be ready for delivery.
Shipping and delivery

All shipments are dispatched from Italy. We charge:
- 4,90 € for Italy;
- 8,90 € for UK, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden .
For other countries please get in contact with us.
Please note that when ordering from abroad additional fees may be charged by the country of origin.
By making an order the client accept to be charged of this eventual fee.
We are not able to take responsibility for delays or fees due to other circumstances when shipping outside Italy. Apologize for any inconvenient.
Return & refund

We are convinced our products are described and photographed to standard and accuracy.
However, should occur any damage of the items during the shipment, do not esitate to contact us by the following 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses might be returned or abandoned, and we cannot take responsibility for incorrect information given at the time of the order.
If you wish to change your order after the check out, please email us by the following 24 hours to ask for a replacement. We will reply at the earliest and will do our best to process your requirement if this becomes possible. For any issue and enquiry, please do not esitate to contact.
